All that happens is you get fed up and can't be bothered, so this leads back to your old eating habits.

Eating all the foods that you missed out on which leads to putting on even more weight than you had before.

I myself have been through all of that at one point or the other in my life. I tried many different diet plans but I couldn't stick to them because it was too much like hard work. I was fed up with all these diet plans, (Cabbage Soup, Maple Syrup and Diet Shakes) they just didn't work for me.

So eventually I decided to put together my own weight loss program and life diet plan.

Let's get started with some easy to do at home exercises.
