Exercising is something you have to incorporate into your everyday life.

First decide what type of fitness activity you like, be it tennis, running, walking, jogging... whatever you feel you could really do.

For me I love tennis, not that I'm any good at it but the fact that I'm not is even better for me, because it means I spend most of the time chasing the ball.

Another good exercise for weight loss is if you drive to work every day, try getting on a bus or train for 2 or 3 days a week. I know it's hard to give up the car but this will give you the opportunity to walk for a few minutes to and from the train station or bus stop.
